Warranty

What is the basic warranty on a piece of furniture or an appliance?
For residential use, the basic warranty on furniture and appliances is 1 year, but some companies may offer longer coverage. Please refer to your appliance manufacturer's guide for more information.
Do you offer additional protection plans or extended warranties?
Yes, we can extend your basic warranty by adding an additional 2 or 4 years of extended warranty.
Is it possible to extend my protection plan?
Yes, it is possible to extend your protection plan on various items. However, it is important to contact us a minimum of 30 days before your plan expires. Contact an agent in the chat room for more information.
My protection plan has expired, and I never used it. Is it possible to get a refund and apply it to a new purchase?

Payment

What kind of payments do you accept?
Website: Visa and Master Card. In one of our branches: Cash, cheque, debit card and Visa and Master credit card.
I have a gift card to apply to a new purchase. Can I add it to my new purchase?
If you are purchasing online, please contact us directly at chat. For in-store purchases, simply present your gift card at the time of purchase.

Purchase Orders / Contract

Where can I find my purchase order / contract number?
For purchases made online, you will find your number in the ORDER INFORMATION section, under reference number: 1449-204546-XXXXXX. For purchases made in store, you will find your number in the upper right corner of your order form.

Purchase Order Tracking

I have purchased an item and have no follow-up.
For in-store purchases, please contact your sales consultant. For online purchases, click on the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to contact an agent.

Delivery

Do you have shipping costs?
For all online orders, a delivery charge of $50 if your order subtotal is over $500, 10% of the subtotal if your order total is between $150-$500 and $15 if your order subtotal is less than $150.
Is the delivered merchandise unpacked by the delivery team?
Each item received will be unpacked and inspected upon delivery, and the waste will also be collected. This service applies only to appliances and upholstery.
Can I receive my items the day after my purchase?
Delivery is available 3 days after the date of purchase of the items.
What happens if items received are damaged at the time of delivery?

During the delivery, the deliverymen damaged my house. Do you offer compensation for the repair?
For any physical damage made by the delivery team at the time of the delivery, please contact the after-sales service immediately at the following email with all the details and photos as proof at the following address: service7@jcperreault.com or call 450-588-7211 ext. 1261.
Do you take back my old appliance upon delivery?

Yes, on the day of delivery, our team will safely collect your old appliance upon request and ensure it is responsibly recycled.

Within our standard delivery area, collection and recycling service is included at no additional cost with the delivery of your new appliance.

Upon delivery, please ensure your old appliance is disconnected and drained. Also, please remove any obstacles (doors, storm doors, railings, or other) that could hinder the process.

The collection service is available for all appliances sold and delivered to your home by us. It is not available for in-store pickup. To ensure this service is available, simply add a product to your cart to see if the service is available. To add it, check the "Yes, collect and recycle my old appliance upon delivery" option in your cart before checking out.
